How to create a Scheduled meeting

At the Home tab press on the Schedule button to schedule a meeting

 

 

Fill out the form with the necessary information about the meeting.

You can invite participants via email or your zoom contact by listing their names or emails on the Attendees field.

Meeting ID - You can generate meetings ID automatically or create your own personal meeting ID.

Security - Assign a password to your meeting room. Check the waiting room to filter users to join your meeting when the meeting is already in session.


 

Click save to create the Scheduled meeting
