What is Appointment Scheduling?

Appointment scheduling allows you to manage your availability and let clients, partners, friends or family book time with you directly within Google Calendar via a personal booking page.


It's easy to save time and stay on top of critical meetings with appointment scheduling and shareable booking pages all in one place.

How to Set Up Appointment Scheduling:

1. Open Google Calendar

2. At the top left, click Create.






  3. Select Appointment Schedule.

 


4. Enter a title for the schedule.



5. Set up your:

·       Duration (e.g., 15, 30, 60 minutes)

·       Availability (days and hours you're open for appointments)

·       Scheduling window (how far in advance people can book)

·       Buffer time, max bookings per day, etc.




6. Add optional details:

  • Location (Zoom, Meet, phone, etc.)
  • Description or meeting instructions
  • Email verification (optional for reducing spam)



7. Click “Save”.
 


8. Share your booking page link:
