SKYPE ACCOUNT BEING LOCKED OUT

Initials troubleshooting steps:
Visit the Microsoft Account Unlock Page:
Go to https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx.
Verify Your Account:
Enter the email address, phone number, or Skype name associated with your account.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the verification process.
Use the Security Code:
Check your recovery email or phone for the security code sent by Microsoft.
Enter the code when prompted.
Reset Your Password (if prompted):
If required, create a strong new password for your account.
If all of these troubleshooting steps is not working please proceed to the steps below.
Troubleshooting steps that might help:
Get the affected user’s skype credentials (username, password)
Go to Skype web <https://www.skype.com/> click on chat now > login using the credentials provided by the user
If it appears that the account has been blocked > click on Next
It will ask to enter a phone number for a security code
Go to CloudTalk look for the AU SMS Number
Enter the AU SMS Number from CloudTalk/RingOver then click Next
Note: PH number will not work, it will show an error message “That verification method isn’t working right now.”
After you enter the AU SMS Number > Go to CloudTalk/RingOver > Navigate to Messages/Conversation > you will see the Microsoft Verification message
Note: The phone number you provide will not be linked to the account you are currently attempting to unlock.Copy the verification code and paste it to the corresponding field
After you finish all these steps account will be unlocked and it will ask you to login
Ask the user to login again on Skype using the same credentials they provide
