OBJECTIVE To fully understand the significance of back orders in upholding a positive engagement/work relationship with clients and remote contractors.

DEFINITION

A Back Order is a term being used internally to identify repeat job orders from existing clients.

CREs are required to have at least 2 Back Orders per month. Confirmed BOs would have an equivalent JO number that's generated in Bullhorn.

What is the action required from a CRE once a back order request is received from a client?

I. CRE to acknowledge the request and remind the client of our revised Ts&Cs. A canned response is available on Fresh desk saved under the 'CRE' folder. Kindly copy the assigned LR on the said email.

For Legacy Clients, post a message on the 'CRE + RBD + Managers' Skype GC requesting for a new LR to be assigned for the client. Please make sure to tag both Kathleen and Loves on your message.

II. Create a new email via Fresh desk following the format below. The email should be sent to the assigned LR. You may use the available canned response on Fresh desk named 'Backorder / Replacement Request' that you will find in the 'CRE' folder. The following needs to be to be copied in on the said email - leadrecruiter@remotestaff.com, Chan (Client Placement Manager) <chan.conoza@remotestaff.com> and your Sr. CRE. Ticket priority should be set to 'High' and don't forget to use the proper tag - Back Order. Then, hit on SAVE.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I sent the back order request via email 2 days ago, when should I follow this up with the assigned LR?

If there is still no JO created on Bullhorn after 1 business day, please follow this up with the assigned LR. If the BO was received nearing towards the end of the month, make sure to ask the LR  kindly to action on the request immediately so we can count it for the current month. It can only be counted as a confirmed BO once a corresponding JO is created on BH.

2. My client sent a back order request for2 full-time CSRs. Does that equate to 2 BOs?

Yes, we will count that as 2 BOs. The LR may create just one JO for this request but we will based it on the number of hires for this type of scenario.

3. Are adhoc and project based contracts also counted as BOs?

Both Project-based and Adhoc contracts can be considered on your BO count.
