          A. Objective



  • To reward initiatives of Client Relations Executives in acquiring new leads from client 

engagements.

  • To reward initiatives of Clients for introducing new clients.

         

          B. Coverage

  • May 2024 Introduction via Email from Clients moving forward

  • This applies to existing clients

  • Only Client Relations Executive (CRE) are eligible for the incentive program, including CREs on probaionary status


          C. Mechanics

  • For Clients

    • Client should introduce the new potential client via email

    • Client will receive 100AUD on their invoice 30 days after a successful hire

  • For CREs

    • Cash incentives Php2,000 per qualified client referral. Qualifier is the job order in Bullhorn

    • Full payment basis.

    • These incentives are deemed variable pay and are subject to income tax.

    • New hire from the client referee should be active for 90 days and over. (Contracts should at least be 90 days old (minimum requirement)).


  • Not applicable to ad-hoc arrangements or project-based arrangements. 

  • Probationary employees are covered on their 3rd month of employment and as long as the Remote Contractor’s tenure is at least 90 days. 


           D. Payout Schedule

                        The payout schedule is on the 15th of the 4th month


           E. Evaluation period 

                        While this is in effect for 1 year, Management reserves the right to revise or discontinue the policy based on its effect on organizational performance.
