Remote Contractor: Change Password

This article explains how to change one's password on the Remote Contractor (RC) Portal.

Step 1: Go to the RC Portal: https://staff.remotestaff.com/

Step 2: Click the Forgot your password? link

• User will be redirected to the Forgot Password page.        

Step 3: Enter your Remote Staff email address. (*@remotestaff.net)

Step 4: Click the Send Me the Link button.

Step 5: Check your inbox for the Forgot Password email.

• Click the link inside to set a new password. A new tab will open displaying the Reset Password page. 

Step 6: Enter a new password.

Step 7: Click the Reset Password button.

Step 8: Log in using the new password.
