We are a privately held company founded in 2007 by a Sydney-based Australian founder. We have an in-house team of 90 Filipino employees supporting our home-based contractors in the Philippines.


We are predominantly focused on servicing the Australian and New Zealand market. Our ongoing recruitment and support streamline the entire remote working process so both Filipino staff and Australian business can achieve more together.

Launched in 2007 by a Filipino-Australian husband and wife team, we are a founder-led, privately owned business. Our team, more than 100 strong, is dedicated to supporting businesses and their remote Filipino teams. Our comprehensive recruitment and after-hire support services are designed to simplify remote collaboration, empowering both our clients and their remote staff to succeed together.

Chris returned to Sydney and began his consulting as a marketing consultant for a Sydney based wealth creation company. Leveraging his insights, he started assembling a team of Filipino professionals for SEO and telemarketing tasks. Rica worked in the same company managing a remote telemarketing team. As word of this effective strategy spread, requests for Filipino referrals from his network became frequent.


By 2007, they had a revelation: remote work was not just the future; it was the now. The advantages were clear: a vast talent pool of skilled Filipino professionals, the economic benefits of lower labor and living costs in the Philippines, and a culturally adaptable workforce with strong English proficiency.
